Before Microport purchased the Knee & Hip line from Wright Medical. It was a great place to work. Since the Microport has taken over, I would not recommend anyone to work there. Management and HR have stripped most of the benefits we had away. China wants to reduce costs on the shop floor with no raises while promoting high executive salary positions. China has ran this company into the ground.

Extremely unprofessional and unethical. Do not appreciate hard working employees but repay with lay offs. Would not recommend employment or business with this company. Should be illegal. Extremely racist and a waste of time.

Lays off dozens of its employees with no notice (day of layoff you get an email) and overworks employees by having too little staff to accomplish the business goals. Unethical company with no respect for the people that make it happen.

Total knee replacement failed after a few months. Did mechanical manipulation still failed. Now need revision surgery because it is coming apart less than a year later very dissatisfied with the results of this implant. Pin is too short and pulling out of and wearing my bone out
