Really good company to get a knee replacement from.
Before Microport purchased the Knee & Hip line from Wright Medical. It was a great place to work. Since the Microport has taken over, I would not recommend anyone to work there. Management and HR have stripped most of the benefits we had away. China wants to reduce costs on the shop floor with no raises while promoting high executive salary positions. China has ran this company into the ground.
Extremely unprofessional and unethical. Do not appreciate hard working employees but repay with lay offs. Would not recommend employment or business with this company. Should be illegal. Extremely racist and a waste of time.
