This one star is for William that actually picked up the phone and communicated nicely. Thank you! Otherwise ZERO stars. Extremely unprofessional. They give you a quote for calibration, they keep the equipment for almost a full month and when you start calling to tell them you need the equipment they tell you they can not calibrate and it is out of their scope. No sorry, no apologize....
Their web site is very slow and very difficult just to get an RFQ sent in. They would be better off just posting their e-mail address so some one can get a question answered about their capabilities.
Very rude employees. Very unprofessional. Would not be surprised if they went out of business.
I used them to recalibrate an infrared camera, and I wouldn't do it again for several reasons. Their communication is not very good. I talked to at least 3 different people trying to get a quote and none of them seemed to have internal notetaking (having to repeat myself over and over). My quote did not include logistics such as shipping. I've never received a quote from a professional that didn't include all necessary steps. Not the end of the world, but I wish they would have at least said, "This doesn't include shipping" ... read more
