10 people in line and only one associate at the repair center desk? This place is on some bullshit
Poor use of labor. Waited over 18 minutes to pick up my computer. Several employees were free to assist but no one took the initiative.
Some staff lacks credibility when selling items...
What the hell happened to this place? It's a box-filled warehousing disaster stacked up like a damn Costco. Gaming center is torn down and I'm not buying a $90 mouse that I can't put my hand on. Oy.
