Wow I can't believe I finally found out about this place. Micro Bore has some really nice, knowledgeable people there who treat you like a person. Very refreshing. Now I know where to go to get my tires changed, other maintenance and maybe a new bike as I am addicted to motorcycles. To the nice people I met there today: Thanks for being normal and helping me. Sloppy work played off as a judgement call. Took on work that they admitted in the end they had no clue what they were doing. All to bring it back to have them reverse work that they shouldn’t of taken on in the first place. No discount offered, the hand grips they ripped they through me a new pack and said I could do it my self. If I could bill them for my time they would be owing me money.
There's a reason you return to a cycle shop. It's not the brands they carry, the bikes they sell, or the decor - because all those things change as time rolls on. I've been coming into Micro-Bore for 20 years, and they have been bailing me out and keeping my bikes running with smiles on their faces ever since. They're good people, good mechanics, they know their stuff and the best part is they're always involved and invested in you & your bike.
