I really like this place. The location is excellent, the community members are friendly, and the apartment management is very responsible. I've been living here for nearly two years and have received a lot of help and care during this time. I am truly grateful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home!

I was referred by one of my friends who was living at 77 Elm earlier. After living at 77 Elm Street managed by Micozzi Management for almost 2 years, I can confidently say it was a positive experience overall. From the day I was contacting them for the first time to the moving out, they guided me smoothly. The apartment itself was well-maintained and functional, with modern amenities that suited my needs. This company lost out on business because they didn’t bother to message me back or return my text / calls. I messaged through Zillow, called the main number, called Ryan’s number several times. Apparently the ‘fastest way to get a response’ is to text Ryan and I did that as well. After all the attempts to make contact, all I heard were crickets. I took my business somewhere else and I’ve just signed a lease. They are absolutely useless.

I was a prospective tenant looking to rent, and at first impressed with the quick response from Ryan. I texted him about my preferences, he provided more information about the available units, and then he asked me for my email to send me more units I may be interested in. The whole conversation seemed very professional, at first. He never emailed me, and stopped responding to my texts. Was this a scam?
