My family rented from Micozzi for five years, and we had a very good experience. Definitely the best management company we have rented from! They are responsive when something needs to be repaired, and their repair people are skilled and professional.
Definitely one of the better property managers in Worcester. Even their older apartments are very clean and well cared for. I haven’t been with them long, but based on what I’ve seen and heard so far, the pricing is fair and they’re easy to work with. Ryan was excellent throughout the process and made everything straightforward.
Edit 3: We got a job offer a distance away from our apartment a little over a month after renewing the lease. Micozzi has actually been incredibly cooperative in helping us move to another Micozzi owned apartment closer to that job. Not being ungraceful rather they are carrying themselves with dignity and kindness. Also they did not raise our rent either of the 2 times we renewed our lease. I’ve rented from them for 12 years, after owning my own homes for 40. Best move I ever made! They manage the property like I would; it’s secure, clean and everything runs the way it should
