I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe prospective tenants deserve complete transparency regarding my experience. On March 19, I notified management that, due to health reasons, I needed to terminate my lease early. They agreed to allow me to vacate on July 31, with the understanding that I would remain responsible for the rent until the apartment was re-rented. My family rented from Micozzi for five years, and we had a very good experience. Definitely the best management company we have rented from! They are responsive when something needs to be repaired, and their repair people are skilled and professional.

Definitely one of the better property managers in Worcester. Even their older apartments are very clean and well cared for. I haven’t been with them long, but based on what I’ve seen and heard so far, the pricing is fair and they’re easy to work with. Ryan was excellent throughout the process and made everything straightforward.
