Application and move-in was seamless and I've been in the same location since. Repairs, if needed, are handled quickly, management staff are responsive and kind, and so far I've loved being here. Edit 2: Something I am amazed by though is their repairs. We’ve had a mouse problem in the apartment complex, that they set traps in every room. Yesterday I saw one scurry under my oven, sent an email late at night and next morning they sealed things up and laid extra traps. I had propped a window open for it did not naturally stay open. A storm blew out the props and it crashed and cracked, they repaired it within a week. And they repaired our leaky sink within a day of reporting it.
