Edit 2: Something I am amazed by though is their repairs. We’ve had a mouse problem in the apartment complex, that they set traps in every room. Yesterday I saw one scurry under my oven, sent an email late at night and next morning they sealed things up and laid extra traps. I had propped a window open for it did not naturally stay open. A storm blew out the props and it crashed and cracked, they repaired it within a week. And they repaired our leaky sink within a day of reporting it. Northborough Location: Management finally changed trash pick up to 2x a week so the dumpster doesn't overflow anymore Update after being here 2 years. Pipes frequently leak in the hallways and laundry room because they don't heat the building properly in the winter. Ripped open exposed ceilings in the hallways. They also decided to move all of our mailboxes outside which is completely stupid. Packages left outside by the mailboxes will get wet or damaged and the front door is frequently broken and unusable. Currently searching for an apartment and have contacted a few agents/companies all of whom have been responsive, except for Micozzi. I've tried several times for a few different units that I like and was ignored. Very unprofessional. I mentioned this to some friends who have rented in the area and they mentioned having bad experiences while renting including illegal things like not disclosing lead hazard as required by MA law. Will be staying away.

We were looking for a new apartment and got in contact with Ryan. Very kind and nice to us, was able to show us an apartment they will have available soon. The apartment looks very clean and modern and homey. The lease process was very quick and easy.
