About this business
Rent canoes and kayaks to paddle the Wading and Oswego Rivers in the Wharton State Forest Pinelands of New Jersey. Check in at the store to select your trip and we will take you by bus to the river. Paddle down the river; stop at one of the many beaches for picnicing and swimming, then continue to your destination. We will pick you up and return to the store. Private canoe and kayak transportation also available.

Great time, and everyone was nice that works there ! River was good no downed trees. It was crowded for a holiday but everyone wore a mask, bathrooms clean and hand wash available. Will go back again !

it was a fun day but they could do better being more organized in the sign up process, the launching process, and the pickup process. also there was no safety instruction whatsoever and there were some people who had absolutely no idea how to run a kayak. however I will definitely go back again
Went mid week. Very chill, very easy. Respectful of masks and distancing protocol. River was so much fun- Twists and turns and plenty of little beaches to pull over and have a dip.
very nice people. But get there as soon as they open if u want to avoid crowds there or later if its a short paddle. we got there at 9:10 andid not get in the water until 10;30. it was a sunday so weekdays are probably better.
Great time, staff very helpful and friendly!!
It's a great time with family and friends. Clean and professional. The water is beautiful. We go here every August... Already looking forward to next year's trip!!!
