Went after work to get my haircut and got there 10 minutes before close and got turned away because they had already closed the drawer.. I understand not wanting to work extra time but whenever I have a customer that comes in before close and it takes until after close to finish the job I still do it, if they want to close 10 minutes ahead of time they should change thier hours or clearly post "no walk ins after a certain time" but to just turn people down because you don't want to work a extra 15 minutes is laziness.
