Not Bad – Heard about the new change of the place. My family and I arrived this past Friday on for our 8:30 reservation, we were sat accordingly. Music was a bit too loud, didnt really expect to hear Brickhouse and Frank Sinatra on the same night. Service was better than great, the food was awesome, the pumpkin cheesecake was great. Asked to see the manager to compliment him on his staff and menu, he comes out with a boxed chocolate cake. Great People – We love Mickey & Mooch. The waitress' are ALWAYS great, prompt & friendly. Now, if they'd just get a chef! The owner does pretty good cooking, but just don't have the "seasoning technique" as a chef! But we love this place & the people!
Family UNFRIENDLY – Took 2 hours from seating to leaving. Service absolutely horrible. Waitress unattentive. Asked to speak with manager and ended up getting someone other than manager. Entrees took 1 hr 10 minutes to reach table, and no followup visit from waitress to check on our entrees. Asked for kids to be served right away but they weren't served until the entrees were brought out. They gave us "chocolate cake" for the awful service. We WON'T be back!!!
