I recently used their Local Hauling service to carry a non-running automobile to a repair shop. Scheduling was easy and the driver was there on time as indicated. Everything was professional, and the transportation was problem free.

My day started in a terrible way, my phone died just as I was getting ready to go to work. Luckily they have battery service. The guy came on time and quickly identified the problem. He examined the state of the battery and offered a practical solution with no upsell. The servicing was done promptly and my car was back on its feet in no time at all. Thanks for your honesty, professionalism and care for client pleasure. They are fair and honest on their battery service and I would certainly recommend them.

On a weekend ride my bike broke down on a rural road and I had to arrange to have it towed. I was a little worried about how it would be taken care of but the driver came with the necessary equipment and knew what he was doing. I appreciated the fact that he was taking his time strapping down the motorcycle properly since it told me he wasn't hurrying and he was paying attention. I quickly found out that Mich's Finest Towing & Recovery is the finest of all the tow companies we called. From the first call, the staff was professional, polite, and willing to help. They made everything obvious, answered all of our questions, and put our minds at ease right away. The price was fair, and there were no hidden charges. It was simple and stress-free the whole time.
