Michigan youth challenge academy showed me that i have the strength and the mental discipline to join the united states army national guard as a mechanic and become a successful nurse in the civilian world. Thank you from myself as a graduate and from my 2 year old son!!! 3rd platoon class 28
I think this is a great program and would recommend to anyone that's child needs something like this.
MYCA is a phenomenal program especially for young people that are finding it difficult to establish purpose and balance in life. There are no bad kids sometimes they just think they're out of options MYCA IS A GREAT OPTION.
I am beyond grateful for this program , I have seen changes in my Nephew over the past few months! He was always a great kid he just lost his way he's brought his grades up from failing to A's He's made Sargent, feel we have grown so much closer over the last few months. Thanks to Everyone that put their time and energy into these kids.

I am a graduated Cadet from cycle 9. I'm now 32 years old with a family of my own and a successful career in the medical field. Had it not been for this program I honestly don't know where I would be at today but I promise you the odds were not that great when I was 18. This school was my last chance at success. I will forever be grateful to all the staff of MYCA and the teachers who genuinely take their time to help every Cadet Excel where they struggle.
