I took my child to be tested for COVID-19 and after the test they told me it would take 5-7 days to come back from Quest diagnostic. This is way too long to wait to see if your child has it or not. For me I am high risk so I had to scrub 5-6 times a day to make sure I did not get it. I still don't have his test results back and the last person I talked to (a man) was rude and would not give me information to call Quest he told me to look it up online. Came tonight they don’t accept my insurance, I said fine I’ll just pay I’m sick. Nope can’t that’s insurance fraud. What the hell!!! Never have I ever heard this before
They are so nice and helpful here. We didn’t wait long at all to be seen. Love this place!!

They never turned in my invoice to my insurance company. This happened twice. I will NEVER use this facility and NEVER recommend it to anyone. My insurance is listed on their website, but it was never turned in.
