WARNING: Buy at your own risk. Popcorn construction homes (money driven homes built fast with lack of thoroughness and poor quality areas). I bought my new construction home from this company in ******** 2021. Upon move in /closing day, the builder had a list of unfinished items to complete prior to closing which was less than a day away. This company has been an absolute JOKE to work with. **** I have had 3 different contacts, 2 different "heads" of departments, that all either quit or were let go. We moved in December of 2022, and the builder had a list of items "to be done or to be fixed. We have had 2 different people come out and "look at the problems" which BOTH times has turned into a "promise this will get taken care of" to no avail. I bought a home in centurycomplete in ***, ******* ***** my home was built in 2022 all I have had is problems problems door crack foundation falling off leaving holes and black widow spiders coming in to my home from the holes in the foundation my front door is cracked and doors in bed room are bent and paint peeling inside ect I waited 8 years to buy a home and this is crappy work that warranty is bull doesnt mean I thing thats why I have a construction lawyer looking in to it this is not right at all

AL. ***** we waited a year for this house to be built. We finally moved in. That's when the nightmares began. First, the keys that were given to us would not fit in any of the exterior door locks. ***** notifying the company, it took three weeks for them to send a tech out to change the locks. Our entry doors stayed unlocked for three weeks, while we were at work. The techs change only two locks, the other lock still has not changed. Almost, twelve months now since we lived here. Century Complete let me go a week before paying me for 10 sales December 2023, they first went to cross-selling so if they let anyone go, the other agents could sell any home for them since we sold homes on-line mainly and they wouldn't miss any sales. My busiest month with Century Complete they decided to let me go so they wouldn't have to pay me for my 10 sells in December and January. I am very disappointed in this builder. My husband and I started signed the purchase agreement in January 2022. We were given a **** month completion date. We are in August of 2022 and Century have yet to break ground. We were told that they are have trade worker issues, that they are behind schedule and the latest update is that the house will be ready in December 2022. Told we would close in Sept. moved to Oct. moved to Nov. set official closing date Dec 30. I paid 1/2 to movers, did change of addresses, hired inspectors etc etc. They didn't remotely finish the house and STILL scheduled the final closing inspection. No appliances, yard looked like Armageddon, inside not painted, hole in utility closet ceiling, dirty, corners of all floor trim chipped, etc etc. They won't answer emails or phone calls from my realtor. Rude staffs, yelling. I was gonna buy the house near the area & using their lender as their recommended, closing time so fast, only 3 months after I purchase online that the house was only lot. When I get there for orientation walk (3 days before closing/final walk thru), the house not even ready, no AC, no kitchen sink, no garage door, no toilet seats, a lot un-done paints.
