About this business
My goal is to help you feel better, move better, and live better. I want to help you get rid of those old (or new) nagging aches and pains that are slowing you down and stopping you from doing the things you love. It is my belief that a strong active body requires balance between the muscles, nerves, and joints. So in each session I do a combination of Rolfing hands-on therapy, Cold Laser, and body awareness/exercise to achieve this balance.
