RecommendedMy daughter needed emergency surgery a month ago. Dr. Thottam was great. Very friendly and helpful. The staff was helpful and nice as well at the 2 locations we went to follow up. She will need another surgery soon. My daughter is not nervous and feels comfortable with him.
My grandgirl is in need of a ENT Specialist so I Google Dr Madgy to get his contact information. To my surprise and sadness, I read that Dr Madgy has passed on. I'm shocked and in disbelief. Dr Madgy placed tubes in my son's ears at the age of 2 yrs and he will be 31 in July. Dr Madgy also placed tubes in my daughter's ears by age of 2 yrs and she will be 14 this June. I remember when his triplets were born. My family offer our sincere and heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and patients.🙏
We were very happy until we went in for our one year post op appointment for my daughter. We arrived to no appointment in the system despite my appointment card. Beyond that, I was told at the time our doctor moved out of state. No one had let us know that he had left the practice 2 months previously. My only guess is they deleted appointments when he left. They had no one there at 8am to even talk to besides a front desk person. They offered to reschedule but with the level of communication we would rather go elsewhere. We ... read more
Dr. Madgy was such an awesome Doctor my daughter have been in his care since she was 2 months old she’s now 16 he always had a smile on his face joking with my children such a beautiful human being my deepest condolences goes out to his family He will truly be missed he always made sure my daughter was well taken care of
Dr. Madgy is a wonderful doctor. He has done many surgeries on my daughter since she was 2 years old. She is now almost 17 years old. He also did my sons surgery. It doesn’t matter if you see him for an office visit or having surgery he always takes the time to make sure all your questions are answered and always makes the kids feel at ease. Took my one year old Khiry for this first visit today.The staff is nice and Dr.Thottam is so determined to get to what the problem is.We did not get the run around like emergency gave us.I highly recommend them.
Love this place! All doctors and nurses are super friendly and actually play/joke/talk with the patient (child)!
My son has been with this group since before he was 1. Has had bilateral hearing aids since he was 4 months. He is now 3 and a half. Called today to get him in to get his hearing aids checked since one was not working. The woman that answered the phone stated "We don't do hearing aids." I clarified they had ENT and AUD in the office. She said "Yes, but we don't do hearing aids." Ummm...���� Then why have we ordered hearing aids and had them checked with your group until now?? Very disappointed.
