Was for Dr.Rubin This place is absolutely terrible! From the moment we walked in, Leslie(over the phone) and the lady at the front desk were unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Instead of caring about the patient or the reason for the visit, all they kept talking about was “self pay, self pay” even though the patient has active Medicaid and Medicare. Everyone there was very nice, very professional and well organized. Dr Donaldson was great! Listened closely, was kind, and his recommendations were spot-on. I definitely recommend him and the team there. Dr Bush ended up doing my surgery and it went great as has recovery. I had been told how terrible rotator cuff surgery was by anyone and everyone, but it couldn’t have gone better. I highly recommend Dr Bush if you need surgery.
Ashley was very helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring about the causes of pain and treatment plan for my knee.
