It's a very nice place its Beautiful. An A peaceful place
Disappointed the grounds so not seem to be kept up like they should be! Brown grass everywhere except by the main entrance. Trees are dying all around and need lots of tlc. My family was one of the first families to enter into Michigan memorial and they did a genealogy tribute book to the name (Laurain) from years ago. We have seen it change a lot but still love the park although I'm disappointed in the grounds we have had excellent service throughout the years there.
The personnel were wonderful, dealing with them from CA. They went the extra mile to make everything nice, including the floral gifts.
Great service, caring individuals, communication and sharing with the families is essential and very evident. Lots of follow-up for services offered and rendered.
