Beautiful facility with an incredibly kind and professional staff.
Their core services were fine, but I was pretty appalled at their response to a mistake that was their fault. I wouldn't recommend them.

I just wanted to say I personally was very pleased with Michigan Memorial. My grandmother, Doris Johnson, wife of 65 years to Bob Johnson from Southgate, recently passed less than a week ago. My Aunt Pam (one of six children of Bob and Doris Johnson) and I would like to give a shout-out and special thank you to Jacob Foggia. Myself and my family were very pleased and comforted, with this young man who guided us through the process during this difficult time.
The building is beautiful and the staff were nothing less than great! Craig was extremely comforting and pleasant during our difficult time!
In the past 2 years I have laid both My grandparents rest here and I honestly can't think of a more beautiful place for them to be!! The grounds are gorgeous!!The staff is just wonderful, very helpful, professional and compassionate during these difficult times. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we were treated with the utmost respect.
