Dr. Shapiro and his team are wonderful! I've been going to MMCC since 2015 and plan on continuing with them for future renewals. Everyone is always so kind, polite, and professional. I would recommend MMCC to anyone!! They offer Zoom and in-person appointments. My favorite thing about MMCC would have to be Dr. Shapiro, he's genuine and informative. He takes the time to listen and understand your situation.
Went here for certification and renewal for many years now but after researching similar businesses I realized that I was being overcharged, here. It's a professional environment but that is where my positive statements end. The wait was always very long regardless of appointment time. The last time I went I waited well over an hour past my appointment time for a video facetime appointment. Plus $150 for renewal is ridiculous compared to what others charge. I usually read reviews knowing people tend to over-exaggerate when they have a bad experience but I’m always willing to give everyone a chance. I went to this location and my experience was great. The staff member was kind and courteous even after dealing with an rude, obnoxious woman who demanded to be seen early even though she was politely told the doctor was running a bit behind and she was 15 minutes early.
