Didn't seem to understand that a brain injury has to be monitored regularly. Referred me to a place not covered by my insurance. The receptionist which is also the nurse made us wear masks but not the other patients that come there whom she is a lot more friendly to. Every time I call I say thank you or have a good day and the return is to be hung up on without a word at all. Do not send any type of notifications about appointments through email or text which makes it very hard for someone with a disability that has short te... read more
