Had my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace S blow out freak accident occur. This shop was able to service me on the road and install the exact tire and get me back driving safe for the New Year weekend within moments. Alex is a class act and really cares about his clients! Make sure to visit!
First off I want the owner to know that I will be reporting him and his business practices to the BBB ASAP. You will be seeing me in court!!!! 3300$ for transmission! And fuel pump!!! And my car still is the same when i brought it inn!!!! And the fact that I brought my vehicle inn because I know the owner personally!!!!! Says it all !!! SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR community business that you're serving or should I say stealing!!!!!
Car Was Rented Out Without My Consent I left my car at Michigan Martin Auto Shop for repairs, and they rented it out without my consent. When I finally got it back, there were 3,000 extra miles, drug paraphernalia, and someone else’s personal belongings inside. This is completely unacceptable and unethical.
I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you’re a female. Alex was very unprofessional and disrespectful after I had to bring my car back up. He was clueless as to what he’s doing, my car sounded worse than before, right after I left the lot. I paid $1000 for “guaranteed work.” Just for him to freak out like a weirdo to the point where I had to call the police on him.
