Dr. Shastri is probably one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. She was so patient and asked me multiple times if I had any questions. I felt truly cared for at my appointment today. Lauren at the front desk was also amazing.
Was a patient for at least 15 years their staff constantly demands respect but refuses to give it their drs will say things like ur not actually sick then impress how seriously you should be treating your kidney failure they will tell you they won’t touch something to see your family dr then your family dr will do the same at the end of the day these people do not care in any way about you as a patient they are there for a paycheck and an ego boost nothing more if they used MyChart half the appointments wouldn’t be necessary... read more
