By getting you in when you have an appointment scheduled, and not calling you a day before and cancel your appointment and make you wait another two weeks.
Got shot yesterday .first one went good .they treated me good .but still in pain i think i need one higher up .
25min on hold everytime I call, or leave messages when they don't actually pick, up never to be returned.. always feel like being held hostage by them for anything. Today it was a call for a refill on 1 med. Call placed at 2:46pm with a quick rushed can you hold a minute.... then a 18 minute wait for a 30sec conversation about what and who. Then they say they will call if I need to come in or it can be sent electronic to pharmacy.
