The staff here is very informative and polite. I feel like I left their office knowing more about the program than when I arrived. The doctor was very professional and answered all my questions very clearly. Reasonably priced for the quality of service. I would recommend Michigan Holistic Health to everyone who wants their card
At Dr. Crocker's Kalamazoo office I was at an appointment with one of my potential patients. We waited for 3-4 hours after his appointment for the x-rays to get sent over that they required. After all of this waiting, they inform us that the x-rays have to be within the last 3 years; even though you could see the bone sticking out of his shoulder. Then when I get mad, the secretaries get an attitude with me. I will never send anyone back here, the 3 year policy should have been communicated with us prior to the appointment.
