Not sure what has happened (yes have asked) prior 2017/18 was great to deal with Now? No. Support staff turnover or management change is my guess but it is a mess. Very poor service.
They sure care and work hard for the patients. And Sara calls me often to let me know my information! Thank you so much aunt Janet Lapp for all your help �
