Went in for an echocardiogram. Arrived 15 minutes early like I was supposed to, checked in with the receptionist, filled out their paperwork. I waited for over an hour. When I went back to the receptionist to verify I was checked in it turns out that I was NOT, and on top of that the echo tech had already gone home for the day without first seeing if I was there. Phone receptionist are the worst of its kind, they do not care, faxed a referral order then called after 2 days and they said that they could not see our patient because she has no Epic chart record and refuses to make one for her. date of call is 5/2/2025 bet 4:15 to 4:30pm .... Trinity Health Admin pls check this people from the comments here looks like front desk and reception is on bad shape
Went with my daughter to an appointment after family Dr had her wear a monitor for 30 days, because of high heart rate (I had surgery for same issue) Dr Ruddy acted like we were bothering her by being there to get test results. At one point she asked us.. what do you hope to get out of this visit?? I want to know why my healthy 26 yr old daughters heart rate is in the 140/150’s for hours while not active, she gets light headed and thinks she might pass out, so I would like some answers as to what’s causing it and would surge... read more
Since no one ever answers your calls or you have to wait 30-45 min to speak with anyone you might as well go to ER.
Dr. Swadia is an awesome doctor! My mom, my husband and I all go to him and we LOVE him!
