This place is for anybody that is into processing their own meat and game. There is a huge selection of new and used processing equipment from meat saws to sausage stuffers to smokers. The reason I like this place the most is for the huge selection of pre-packaged spices I can use for making sausage. Traditionally I have used 3 varieties for venison sausage, but this place has about 300 varieties pre-packaged from 20# batches and up, or you can get the ingredients in bulk and make your own recipe.
