I had a great experience at the Michigan Eyecare Institute. Everyone was kind, professional and did a wonderful job.
I visited this eye clinic and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The doctor was not the issue; my concern is with the front desk staff. The receptionist was extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. She seemed unwilling to answer basic questions and treated patients with little respect. It honestly felt as if she wanted people to leave before even seeing the doctor.
