Every winter, I have a pipe that freezes... They have a pipe thawing machine. I think they are the only ones that do. They have alot of fun toys. If I ever need ANYTHING tool related, that i woudnt want to buy \$\$, I know they have it. Plus the guy behind the counter is friendly and good customer service is extremely important.
the counter man is a great help i think his name was bob or bill anyway he was a great help on our brick paver job and also help us to rent the right tools to do the job this helped us save money we will see them for all our projects next summer
They had exactly what I needed. No hidden costs and even gave advice on how to speed up the job I had. thanks
Couldnt agree more with the previous review posted on here . . . right from the intitial call you get nothing but bad attitude, like they are doing you a favor to even answer the phone or a question about what they have . . . how does a company like this stay in business. I have had this same experience with them three times now . . . who needs equipment that bad?
