Dr. Babu has been phenomenal with figuring out my SCDS I have in both ears and explaining everything about it to me. He has done two surgeries thus far "plugging” which is an out patient surgery and unfortunately only one ear took which he did tell me that could happen. I’m now on to my 3rd surgery "my second surgery in my left ear" but this time it’s a bigger surgery. During my recent appointment with Dr. Masanari Kato, I informed him that I had undergone a CT scan to rule out some concerns. In response, he assumed that I had been recently released from incarceration. I made it clear to him that I have never been incarcerated in my life, and I asked where that assumption even came from. My son’s dr sent the referral, they set up an appointment and waited until a week before his appointment to tell me they don’t take his insurance because it’s not Michigan. They should have let me know sooner and I would have looked someplace else to get my son the help that he needs and now we have to wait months again to find someplace else.
I highly recommend Dr. Bojrab II. From the initial consultation to the stapedectomy to the post-surgery follow-ups, he has been absolutely wonderful. I'm super happy I opted for surgery and that it was with a highly skilled surgeon such as Dr. Bojrab II
