Extremely nasty scheduling staff. Taken me through the run around for weeks. The first lady I spoke with was very pleasant. She helped me find which insurance I had by looking it up. At that time the pediatric dentist did not have availability. This went on for two weeks. Supposedly, I have to have a referral ( false,) then I was told that they do not do pediatric dentistry, then I was told that they are only a surgery center, and simply cannot look up insurance, then I was told that they absolutely would be risking their jo... read more
The staff was so patient and caring
Y'all just suck in general bc u don't treat adults with insurance.
We had a very pleasant experience, the dentists were great with my kid
