Billed the insurance company incorrectly and insurance company denied payment. This place had the the idea to send it to collections instead of contacting the the patient directly. Be aware this place is extremely unprofessional.
Terribly inefficient business. They answer then place you on hold 30+ minutes. One doctor quit but they never cancelled the appointment wasting a trip and leaving the patient to just figure things out for herself. The reception staff is rude.
