I've never liked dealing with people in sales. Ever... Austin Kellogg is not a salesmen. He's a helpful and knowledgeable guy who happens to sell equipment. He was always very willing to answer any and all questions that I had during my indecisive sales process. I appreciate his patience. He's the reason I bought CAT.
