Lack of responsiveness to patients. I’ve left four detailed voicemail messages for the practice since last month (including for the practice manager), without response. I was recommended to Michigan Avenue Podiatry by my internist at Northwestern. I saw one of the physicians in the practice last fall, who had referred me to physical therapy, now completed.
I went to Dr. Czmiel for a second opinion. She caught an infection that my first doctor from another place missed (after 7 weeks with them). Needless to say, I continued my care with Dr. Czmiel and stopped seeing the other doctor. I just wish I had gone to her in the first place, I would have healed a lot quicker if I had. Also brought my daughter to see her to check on pains she was having in her heel. She’s very hands on and personable and she checked on me in between visits. I highly recommend!
RecommendedI have been a patient of Dr.Eernisse’s for years for various sports and overuse injuries to my feet. My elderly father is also a patient since he was diagnosed with diabetes 9 years ago and has diabetes related problems with his feet. I’m Dr. Covello patience for about 14 years they’re moved the clinic and I lost the new address . Took me 1 year to find her but I didn’t want to go to someone else. Dr. Cavallo is the best doctor for me!!!
