They listed a house for rent we were interested. Luckily, we had their ad in writing. First the agent said it had "almost 1,200 square feet". When addressed with their online listing stating 987 square feet, he only confirmed that it was actually lower. Second the basement, "full" on the listing, agent said that it does not have a basement. What else is false? Not much truth here. We walked away.
