I left a well written and polite review earlier about my disappointing experience today. I also included a picture of the self-harm that the facility ignored. The post was flagged as inappropriate and removed. I am guessing it was flagged out of shame or embarrassment as this showcased the treatment methods of the facility. Definitely a place that I recommend. My daughter left last month and everything is going better at home and at school.
Caring staff, good place to start a new way of life!
Great results for my 9 year old. Sounds like other people have an ax to grind or want to blame anyone else but themselves. The docs are well respected in their field (looked them up myself first) and if you follow their plan after discharge, there will be a light at the end of the tunnel
DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE. I still have nightmares! It is a warehouse for children, all of which who are packed together in one small room for hours on end. It was a jail, and it was despicable. They took away meals and phone calls for no reason, and none of the care staff were trained.
This place need's to be shut down, the staff there could really careless about you, they don't teach you any coping skills their rude and the do strip searches, all the way down to your under-ware my son was in this place, and I couldn't believe how some of the staffed talked to people, or the stuff I have read and seen other staff members post on there own personal facebook page's they are just there for a damn paycheck not to help your teenager or your adult loved one that is placed there I took my son to Parkview in fort ... read more
