Dr. Michels is a miracle worker. I was admitted to AAMC for evaluation of severe back pain--had many tests and a spinal tap. Dr. Michels came in, asked me a few questions, order some more blood work and in a few hours had a firm diagnosis. Within weeks of seeing her, I went from bed ridden to ambulatory and, today, I am in remission. Dr. Michels takes the time to fully answer all questions, she is kind and considerate, and I would rank her as the best physician I have ever seen.

She is absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I love that she is always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The office is also very responsive, and Dr. Michels is the best!
