There's a reason why this firm has less than 4 stars. I have a very clear medical malpractice case whereby a major medical center performed inappropriate and life-threatening surgery on my mother which led to metastatic cancer. The cancer was missed, even though I believe that signs of cancer were present (inaccurate reading of the CT scan), and her cancer should have been diagnosed before the surgery. If I could rate Michels and Lew a zero, I would. Two weeks ago, I contacted their office regarding a possible medical malpractice case. They stated their process was to provide a brief synopsis of the facts to one their staff, and an attorney would return a call shortly. The person on the phone stated she was a legal assistant, and asked me a few questions, and said I would hear from Mr. Michels personally.
