I’ve been a loyal customer at this place for 10 years, but after a recent experience, I won’t be returning. When I called to make an appointment, I made it clear that I had a meeting later and was willing to reschedule if they were busy. The owner assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when I arrived, I waited for 20 minutes, and when I politely asked if someone would be available soon, she raised her voice, told me I wasn’t "that important," and humiliated me in front of others.
