You have lost a costumer!!!! Never coming back!!!! Ian the hair stylist did a sloppy job dying and cutting my hair. He didn't prep my hair before dying and he didn't remove the excess hair dye that he left on my face, neck, and ears. When I got home I had to scrub all that excess hair dye from my Face, neck and ears. That was not enjoyable in fact it hurt very much, did I mention that my prom is tomorrow and my hair looks awful. I'm from Philly and recently moved to NYC for school. I have my one salon back in Philly that I have always gone to and I'm not a big one for change when it comes to my hair. Since I can't go back to Philly and needed my hair done, I took a chance and went to Michelle's I absolutely love the way my hair turned out! Great service, staff, & music in the salon. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. I got the blonde and cut I wanted for a great price. I would definitely recommend going here.
