I had a wonderful experience here for my wedding dress so far. But for my bridesmaids it was a terrible experience and there wasn’t a lot of dresses to choose from.
RecommendedThey made the whole process stress free! From my dress, bridesmaids, as well as tuxedo rental! They fixed any hiccups with tux rentals without making it seem impossible! Savannah was great throughout the whole process as well not just shopping but until the dress was picked up! Wonderful customer service!

Abbie was amazing in helping me find the dress of my dreams! I never would have considered the style before, but she encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice. I can’t wait to walk down the aisle and show it off! Highly recommend Michelle’s!

they did a wonderful job when it came to finding my dress! When I got my dress in it was way to small, so I suggest always ordering a size up! but they made it right and paid for my alterations to my dress for it to fit me.
I received very exceptional service at my 10am appointment today. I had not settled on any ideas yet, not sure what I wanted at all. Cassidy help me and a few of my bridesmaids that were with me. She was very friendly, sweet, clean, and professional. She seemed very patient and unbothered if I didn't like something she picked etc. She made my dress finding so perfect today!
