While I was hoping to have a wonderful experience here, I did not. My consultant was rude, pushy, and not helpful by any means. I had a large crowd, which I had called and advised of, this appeared to be too bothersome with my consultant. I’m at not pleased with my experience at Michelle’s
I recently went there for their Black Friday sale so they were super busy! Thankfully I made an appointment and Savannah helped me! She was awesome!! I tried on so many dresses and she never seemed to care. She was just as determined as us to help me find “the one” which we finally did! We never felt rushed or pressured. Definitely recommend her and this place to find your dress!!
I had such a great experience at Michelle’s this morning! Kate knocked it out of the park, was full of energy, and knew exactly what I was looking for! She even had dresses picked out just for me before I got there. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone, she rocked it! 👏🏻💁🏼
I don’t even know where to begin, I had Kate as my bridal consultant and she went above and beyond! She knew the exact style I was going for and nailed it when helping me pick out dresses to try on! She is very knowledgeable in everything wedding, starting with my wedding dress, helping pick out colors for bridesmaids, groomsmen, ushers, ring bearers and moms dresses! I would recommend Michelle’s to anyone and always tell them to request Kate! 😊
I couldn’t be more happier with the dress I chose and the help I received! I found the perfect dress at Michelle’s and had the best help! Not to mention every employee in the store was so kind and was there to help celebrate my moment! I will remember my experience at Michelle’s for the rest of my life. ❤️
Went here with one of my bridesmaids who has a larger chest area and needed to try one some dresses to make sure she could wear a bra with it. The lady helping us was nice but very unhelpful. There was maybe 2 dresses in my friends actual size and the lady kept bringing super small sizes to her and told her to try to get it on and “imagine” it on in the right size. She said this for about 10 dresses. How are you supposed to imagine a dress in 10 sizes bigger when you can’t even get it on past your hip? You can’t. Very disapp... read more
