Poor customer service
A Fun...Friendly...and Welcoming Atmosphere. Its very Spacious with 18 Pool Tables & a Private Party Room, adjacent to the Main Table Floor. The Staff are Super Friendly, and provide the perfect ambiance to make you want to stay awhile. Plenty of Daily Food & Drink Specials, and it even offers a Weekend Breakfast Menu.
They hold billiard tournaments nearly every weekend, so it’s almost impossible to shop at the businesses next door. The tournament goers constantly park in the spots designated for the businesses surrounding, and are always loitering in the middle of the parking lot thoroughfares, making navigating the parking lot a nightmare. If the management could make it clear to their clientele to NOT PARK IN SPOTS DESIGNATED FOR OTHER BUSINESSES as well as to NOT STAND IN THE THOROUGHFARES that would be great :)
Excellent pool hall
