I will never go here again. People will always seem nice and provide great customers service to wheel people in. And when they get a lot of clients they don't care if they loose a few. She was so rude and in front of my daughter. She made frowns with her face and made sarcastic remarks under her breath because my daughter has natural hair!!! I wouldn't recommend this salon. They should treat people better we are the customers that help keep their business going and this is how they treat people!!
Love this place
The wait time here is horrible as well as the unprofessionalism for scheduling and keeping appointments by the stylist :( . However, the quality, styles and sustainability of the braiding is beyond exceptional, so that is the God honest truth of why I still get my hair braided here. ALL of the ladies in this shop can braid some hair and they know it , so maybe that's why they lack in the other areas of running a professional business!
They got me exactly what I asked for couldn’t ask for better
