I had an absolutely awful experience with her. She was chosen as a reunification therapist for me and my daughter. It took her over a month to get us into our first appointment. Every time I would ask questions about getting started I would be ignored or responded to with blow offs. Michelle was in the car driving for our first session and didn't seem very interested in what was taking place. I had to ask her to stop driving .
