If I could give zero stars I would. This doctor was snarky, had no business in the care of my dying grandmother, but did in fact walk past the nurse and dying grandmother to chastise my grandfather and have my uncle removed from her hospice room because of pulling the mask down. My grandmother saw this physician at the hospital during her admission for sepsis, aspiration pneumonia and c diff. I called the day of my grandmothers discharge to establish a follow up appointment. The day prior to my grandmothers follow up (virtual) I called the office to obtain the login credentials as I hadn’t received them yet. I was told that they had no documentation of her appointment and could maybe squeeze a virtual appointment in the morning.
