Have had 2 crowns and 2 fillings. Major food traps and had to go back several times to correct the problems. She said that I needed a root canal and sent me on my way. The endodontist said that I definitely did not need a root canal. What a waste of my time! Will not be going back. Now I have to pay another dentist to fix her poor work.
Great dentist, very sweet and caring and gentle.I will recommend her to everyone that I know that needs a Dentist.
She's the coolest dentist ever. Great sense of humor and I always feel comfortable when I go into see her.
Office equipment seemed extremely out of date, had trouble with my fillings, had to go back a few times to get them comfortable. Also, the light cure unit had smudges, seemed a bit unsanitary. Everyone was really nice, just a little out of date/dirty.
Very costly cleaning. Never recieved first bill, instead I got a Collection bill for the portion my insurance did no pay. Not a good custumer service at all.
She is really good. I was happy with the care and attentio nI got and it was virtually pain-free and I recommend her highly to anyone with gnashers.
My family loves Dr. Scott and her staff. Highly recommend. My staff is very good with small children and making them comfortable. Also able to deal with adults who have had bad experiences in the past.
Great dentist, great staff, clean and relaxing. Dr. Scott was gentle and careful with great chair side manners. My husband and I both went to her. Her hours were flexible so we could take turns after work and not have to get a babysitter or miss work.
Dr. Scott has a great environment--caring staff, prompt appointments, effective treatment. With respect to billing, on their own, they have absorbed costs not covered by insurance (above and beyond the negotiated contracts).
