Dr Rose has years of experience, takes the time to thoroughly explain things, allows collaborative care with parents. She sees all 3 of my children and I trust her whole heartedly
We have been seeing Dr Rose since she has joined our family pediatrician office 2 years ago. When our daughter was born, she has paid a special visit to our delivering room. Every time we have an appointment with her for sick checkup she is very thorough and timely, give us more than enough time to ask our concerns away, also made herself available whenever she is on call rotation. Dr. Rose a wonderful doctor for my teenagers. She has seen my girls from the start as new born babies to full grown teens. We trust her wholeheartedly.
Followed Dr Rose from another practice. She listens to both parent and child and communicates well. She is not all doctor ego. Explains well all treatment options so parent can make informed choice. Respects parent and offers choices when there are choices and explains effectively without being forceful when something is not optional. Has a relaxed and down-to-earth bedside manner and allows parent to hold child during shots and stays in the room and helps administer them.
We love Dr. Rose!! We have followed her from Amita to Northwest Community and she's a true professional. She is very attentive and a great listener; also, she's very patient with the little ones. She does the immunizations herself and I trust her knowledge. She stays up to date with the latest in healthcare and truly devotes herself to her patients. She's a gem, a really rare find of a doctor now-a-days.
My husband and I chose Dr.Michelle Rose as our pediatrician. Over the course of the last 5 months however, the visits have gotten shorter, she is much less attentive, and her attitude is one in which she's doing us a huge favor during every appointment. In addition, the ladies at the front desk are incredibly rude and frustrating. No one is able to operate the computer software and billing is through a 3rd party which makes for a very difficult time when dealing with insurance or payments.
Dr. Rose is a great doctor. She has taken wonderful care of our children. She really listens and is very knowledgeable.
Extremely rude office staff. Complained multiple times about office staff, but still experienced bad service. As first time parents, we did not feel as comfortable as we would've liked asking questions. Also, Dr. Rose has cancelled on us twice, one of which she cancelled the day before for an appointment that we made 3 months prior, due to her deciding to take a last-minute vacation. Dirty (unclean) office.
She really cares about her patients. She or her associate call back quickly and are honest and calming to young and more experienced parents.
