I was lied to about lab results and was overall unimpressed with her knowledge or willingness to help me. She kept wanting to sell her fancy tests that I'm sure she gets paid for rather than looking at the whole picture of my health.
10 years ago we thought that Dr. Mendez was the most amazing doctor and when we left her office we always felt better. Now, she has taken to standing in the doorway and shouting her orders to you and her nurse does all the running back and forth. I still think she is a brilliant doctor but now involved in too much Botox and other sidelines and you get no personal attention at all. It has been sad to watch all this but we had no choice but to change doctors.
NO. INCOGNISANCE. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD FROM SAID, "PROFESSIONALS". NO LOGISTICAL SKILLS FROM THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE TO THE BACK AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. ALL I ASKED FOR WHAT WHAT I WAS ALREADY PRESCRIBED TO, TO LIVE A SUCCESSFUL LIFE WITH R.A. AND SHE WANTS TO TAKE THAT AWAY FROM ME, APPARENTLY. TRIED TO PUT ME BACK ON CANCER MEDS FOR NO REASON. I EXPLAINED HOW I FELT AND HER MISTAKES AND SHE ACTED LIKE A GIRL WHO LOST HER BARBIE. INCOGNISANCE. THAT'S HER.
Over the past 10 years I have watched what was once an amazing practitioner sadly turn into someone that I would not even send my dog to in the past 2 years.
