Michelle is always pleasant, wears a mask and pays attention to detail. She has been a godsend for my 90-year-old mother not having to leave the house anymore for any type of medical procedure.
So far I have seen her twice and she has been very helpful. I am very thankful for that.

I just found out that she visited my mother's adult care home without wearing a mask!! My mother is now suffering in the hospital with Covid-19. This is the MOST irresponsible thing I have ever heard! Beware. How many other vulnerable people has she visited this during a PANDEMIC!!! I am livid about this.
