We were very satisfied with our choice of Michelle Metcalf. We think Michelle is the hardest working agent you could choose. Even though this is a slow market this year, through advertising she managed to draw many people to our open houses, one time 20 couples. Successful Sale. We were selling in a challenging market. Michelle and Andy did a great job explaining the market and guiding our pricing decisions. Communication was always responsive and any follow-up done promptly. It was a pleasure working with both Michelle and Andy. Although I was hoping for a higher price, where we closed was realistic for the market.
